Your Questions,

Answered.

  • Before anything goes live, I'll send you full draft of the episode to review. If something didn't come out the way you intended, if you said something you'd rather not share publicly, or if you just have second thoughts about a moment, we can edit it or cut it entirely. No questions asked. This is your story too.

The same is true with social media posts. I’ll send you clips I’m thinking about posting for you to review before anything is posted.

  • Absolutely. Since I’m the one prompting questions, the podcast format gives a unique opportunity to talk about your business strengths & wins without it feeling like self promotion.

Have a recent wedding you're proud of? A business announcement? A project you've been dying to share? A hot take you've been sitting on? Just let me know beforehand and we'll find a natural way to work it in.

  • At the time of writing this, we’ve done 12 episodes of the podcast. So far 4 guests have let me know that the podcast either led to an inquiry that booked, or was a part of a warm lead making the commitment and finalizing their booking. That’s 1/3rd of the guests, that have received a booking directly from the podcast.

The podcast gives a unique opportunity for your clients, potential clients, and industry colleagues to see & know you in a more personal light and be connected to your story and your business.

There are 3 layers of content that accomplish this immediately and long-term.

    1) The podcast itself. Anyone who listens to the podcast will spend a full 45-60 minutes hearing about you, your story, your accomplishments, and why you do what you do. When most digital interactions are a 7 second social media engagement or a 2 minute website scroll, the depth of connection for every podcast listener is profound.

    2) Social clips. We’ll work through pulling social clips that show off your personality and position you as an authority & professional. An easy way to put your face and personality onto your social pages.

    3) SEO & GEO - We’re in the process of building the TWP website into a robust & efficient machine to help the podcast guests show up in the searches they deserve to show up in. Every episode gets its own page on the Texas Wedding Podcast website, complete with a full written description and links to your business. You can even let me know specific keywords or phrases you want included. As the podcast grows, so does the SEO and online visibility attached to your name.

  • Nope. There’s no need to prepare a monologue, and no pressure to sound polished. The whole point of this podcast is to have the kind of honest, unfiltered conversation that the wedding industry doesn't have enough of.

Most guests find it helpful to think through a few topics ahead of time that would be interesting to talk through.

OR, if you lean a little Type A and prefer to have exact questions & topic ideas ahead of time, we can connect and have a game-plan.

  • Not at all. The majority of our guests record on a virtual call using just their laptop camera & microphone. Or if you need an excuse for a day-trip to Waco, or life brings you through town during normal work hours we can record in person in Waco.

I will handle all recording, editing, & technical stuff.

Sessions typically run about an hour, though some go longer when the conversation is good.
